FiCoVision UG (limited liability) is a Germany-based company specializing in BPO services in the finance function. The focus is on the outsourcing and operational execution of accounting, controlling, and finance operations processes into a clearly structured offshoring model with a delivery center in India.

As the German contracting party, FiCoVision is responsible for the design, management, and coordination of all outsourced processes and ensures cooperation based on German contract, data protection, and compliance law. All services are provided exclusively under service agreements and within the legal boundaries of the German Tax Consultancy Act (Steuerberatungsgesetz, StBerG), in particular in accordance with section 6 no. 4 StBerG and the reserved activities specified in sections 3 and 33 StBerG.

Operational activities are performed by FiCoVision Pvt. Ltd. in India. This entity recruits, trains, and manages the employees who work fully remotely for German and international companies and corporate groups within a governance-based offshoring model. The delivery center ensures that professional requirements, process standards, security specifications, and agreed SLAs are reliably met.

FiCoVision in Germany acts as the central interface to clients, is responsible for the professional management of services, coordinates requirements and deliverables, and manages communication with internal business units as well as external partners such as tax advisory firms, audit firms, banks, and other institutions. The clear separation of responsibilities between FiCoVision UG (limited liability) and FiCoVision Pvt. Ltd., together with structured governance and quality mechanisms, enables an audit-proof, transparent, and reliable cooperation in the finance BPO environment.
